GT Automation was established in Singapore with a singular focus: to design and manufacture automatic hot stamping machines that meet the exacting demands of global cosmetics packaging manufacturers. From the outset, we understood that beauty brands require perfect foil decoration — consistent, repeatable, and production-fast.

Our engineering team has spent over a decade refining every component of the hot stamping process. We design our own machines — from the servo motor drive systems and precision indexing tables to the PLC control interfaces and foil advance mechanisms. This vertical focus on a single technology means our customers receive equipment from engineers who understand their process intimately.

Today, GT Automation machines operate in production facilities across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Our customers include major OEM and ODM manufacturers producing tubes, lipstick casings, roll-on bottles, and decorative caps for internationally recognized cosmetic brands.
